Originating in the Oaxaca region of Mexico, each KOCH Mezcal evokes the terroir of the region, the agave, and the hands involved in its creation. KOCH is a cooperative of 58 families in 18 communities, promoting sustainable farming practices that reflect the artisanal production traditions of mezcaleros.
