The GARDEN HONEY is inspired by GRAND-MOTHER'S GROG ... an excellent remedy for cold or flu, but also a real pleasure for the palette.
Its original recipe is kept secret in the herbal distillery at Maredsous Abbey.

Pure (dry or on ice)

Cocktail GARDEN HONEY COFFEE : Heat the GARDEN HONEY over a low heat without boiling. Prepare the coffee. Pour the warmed GARDEN HONEY (5cl) into a hot glass. Add the coffee (8cl), pouring it gently onto a spoon so that it doesn't mix with the GARDEN HONEY. Pour the cream (8cl) into a shaker without ice. Beat thoroughly to obtain a smooth cream. Spread the cream over the surface of the cocktail.
