This version, bottled at a higher alcohol content than the classic Bathtub Gin, is made by cold infusion after distillation and produced in small-batch (between 60 and 80 bottles per batch). This gin is infused with natural aromatics, giving it a freshness of its own: juniper, lemon and orange peel, coriander, cinnamon and cloves. Each plant used has been crushed by hand before maceration, giving a more aromatic result and a slightly golden hue.
