Organic rum, produced from pure organic sugar cane juice from a cooperative in Paraguay. The distillate is then aged for 3 years in oak barrels that have contained Belgian Whisky and then 3 months of finishing in barrels of Muscat de Rivesaltes. Double typicity, with the woody and dry side of the Whisky and the sweet and fruity side of the Muscat. Nice length in the mouth, with a touch of vanilla and caramel. Greedy nose.
