Our Cellar Master, Erwan Lefebvre, carefully selected some of the finest casks housed in our cellars to create a blend of balance and depth.
Previously aged in bourbon casks, these single malts continued their development in Sherry casks, adding richness and complexity to the aromatic profile:
– 80% aged in Refill Sherry casks (distilled in December 2009 and January 2010)
– 20% aged in First Fill Sherry casks (distilled in January 2010)
• French and Breton barley
• Double distillation in pot stills
• Non-chill filtered – Natural color
