This 21 years old whisky started its journey maturing in American oak ex-Bourbon casks for 15 years, however, its distinctive character was created by an extended further maturation period. Indeed, the finest Spanish oak casks seasoned with Oloroso wine were meticulously hand-selected for the final six years of the ageing process; imparting spiced fruity flavours and a deep, rich color.
