A digestive liqueur, a speciality of Pontarlier invented by Armand Guy in 1902, made from the distillation of fir buds and the maceration of thirty mountain plants.
No, we do not distil the trunk of the Jura fir trees (that would be a bit dangerous and that is why it is forbidden). On the other hand, we work with their buds and thirty or so plants, which is our recipe for diving straight into the forest.

Also goes well with a tonic, add a dash of lime.
