Signatory Vintage unveils a new series, "Symington's Choice", which showcases the brightest casks from the Pitlochry cellars. As part of the celebrations surrounding the island of Islay, La Maison du Whisky is offering two of these rare and very limited bottlings from two of the island's legendary distilleries: Bowmore and Laphroaig. Bowmore 25 Year Old 1997 is a single cask distilled on 23 September 1997 and matured in Oloroso sherry casks. It was bottled on 9 February 2023 at a natural strength of 55.9%, not chill-filtered and with no added colouring. A limited edition of 616 bottles.
