This Pommeau de Normandie is the result of blending apple must pressed in 2003 with a one-year-old Calvados. It was then aged in oak casks, beneath the slate roof of a traditional timber-framed building. Exposed to significant temperature variations, this Pommeau gradually concentrated over the years, developing a unique aromatic signature marked by rancio.
Bottled in 2025.
