This box contains a bottle of Dingle Single Malt, a whisky glass, a stirrer and a flask of bitter.
This bitter has been developed with an Irish manufacturer, Off the Cuffe, from unaged Dingle Single Malt whiskey. This bitter is therefore ideal for pairing with Dingle Single Malt in a classic cocktail such as an Old Fashioned or a Manhattan.
Dingle Single Malt is the distillery's flagship reference. Triple-distilled from malted barley only, this expression is a blend of whiskeys aged in bourbon casks (39%), but above all in pedro ximenez casks (61%), all first-fill. Tasting notes include citrus, stewed fruit, vanilla, honey and caramel from the bourbon, but also spices, red fruit and raisins from the pedro ximenez casks. A whiskey of great freshness, with lovely woody, gourmand notes.
