Gin Caviar2 is a limited edition released specially for Whisky Live Paris 2023. Produced by macerating wild mountain juniper, finger limes (“citron caviar” in French) and Nacarii sturgeon caviar, the gin was diluted for bottling with spring water from the Pyrenees mountains.
