Doorly's 12 Year Old is a blend of rums from the Foursquare distillery aged in the tropical climate of Barbados. Blended from two distillates, pot still and column, it is characterised by ageing mainly in Kentucky bourbon barrels (90%) and Madeira casks. It is now bottled at 43°.
