The Lunar New Year 2024 is the Year of the Dragon. To celebrate this new year, The Shed Distillery has created a limited edition ceramic cuvée: Drumshanbo Gunpowder Gin Ceramic Bottle Dragon Edition.
Creation from the curious mind of PJ Rigney, this Irish gin is distilled in medieval copper pot stills, fusing oriental botanicals discovered on his travels with local Irish botanicals. These include angelica and iris root, caraway, cardamom, coriander, Chinese lemon, kaffir lime and gunpowder green tea. Over the years, PJ Rigney has travelled extensively. From the wild countryside of Drumshanbo in Ireland to the mountains of Macedonia, to the eastern province of Zhejiang in China, each of the 12 amazing botanicals has been individually added to PJ Rigney's extraordinary gin.
