This pure buckwheat whisky is the jewel of the Eddu range. This limited edition is the most precious and accomplished of all the distillery’s whiskies.
In the early 2000s, Guy Le Lay, creator of EDDU, enlisted the expertise of Robert Léauté—an international consultant and master blender—to launch EDDU Silver. This first whisky was released in 2002. During its inception, one phrase stood out to Guy: “Let the best barrels age.” A surprising piece of advice in the land of cider…
In 2022, EDDU Graal was born for the first time. Having stood the test of time, the adventure reached its culmination after 21 years of patience. The cask, gradually lightened by the “angel’s share,” was bottled for the release of EDDU Graal—a limited edition of 304 bottles. In 2025, a second edition is unveiled. Radiant with maturity yet remarkably fresh, this 21-year-old expression, distilled in 2003, is quite simply the oldest whisky ever bottled in France.
A true delicacy, its finish pays tribute to Brittany by evoking one of its most iconic pastries.
