Fair Piment is a liqueur made from the Mexican chipotle pepper from the Oaxaca region. Chipotle is a smoke-dried jalapeno pepper. It's spiciness rates between 5,000 and 1,000 on the Scoville scale. To produce Fair chili, the chillies are macerated for two weeks. The liqueur is slightly less sweet than the rest of the FAIR liqueur range, with only 100g of sugar per liter. It is perfect as a cocktail ingredient in a "spicy margarita".
