Aged in Bourbon and Banyuls casks, Terre de St Vincent is a whisky born from a loamy soil. Balanced, smooth, fruity, its subtle and creamy taste surprises even the most demanding palates. The first nose evokes spices, while cardamom is present before a very wild second nose. The attack remains creamy and ample. The refined and complex side of this whisky is enhanced by vanilla and subtle spices. The fruity and pleasant finish clearly reveals notes of dried apricot.
