Selected by Signatory Vintage, this 1995 vintage aged 30 years received a finish in a 1st Fill Amontillado Sherry cask. The dry and complex character of Amontillado adds a more savoury, subtly oxidative dimension, bringing walnut, toasted almond and candied citrus to the foreground. The finish complements Glenburgie’s maturity without overwhelming its fruit, creating a balance of finesse, aged character and richness.
