This Guyana rum is the result of a blend of two rums produced in the country's last working distillery, from contrasting stills. The first was distilled in 2003 in a steel double-column Coffey still, while the second was distilled in 2001 in a "Versailles" wooden pot still. Both have enjoyed a 22-year maturation in refill bourbon barrels.
