    The Yonezawa Family, a family of sake brewers since 1856, began distilling in 1917. As the celebration of 100 years of spirit production approaches, the House has installed two new Forsyth's stills. This revival gave birth to the distillery named Kaikyo, named after the famous Akashi-Kaikyo Bridge in front of the distillery. Hatozaki Blend is a blend of whiskies aged up to 12 years, containing a minimum of 40% malt whisky.
