Aged for several years in ancient casks of bourbon, sherry and mizunara, a Japanese white oak from the forests of Hokkaido and Tohuku, this whisky presents a rich profile of cereals and dried fruits, with a finish of smoky notes and honey. Made from 100% malt whiskies and blended from 5- to 6-year-old single malts, it is produced in small batches of less than 20 casks. This whisky is neither colored nor chill-filtered, thus retaining its full personality.
