Isautier Fusion is an original rum, a truly unprecedented experience: the unique fusion of two raw materials: molasses and pure fresh cane juice. These ingredients, in equal proportions,
were co-fermented for 36 hours before being column distilled. Resting in vats for two and a half years, this white rum reveals an exceptional range of aromas.
On the nose, the rum is smooth and sweet, with fresh, spicy notes of mint and liquorice that emerge on aeration. Saline, almost briny nuances then emerge. On the palate, the texture is soft, full and silky, offering a harmonious balance of sweet and fresh flavours, enriched by brioche aromas.
