Founded in 2015 to support the island's community, the Isle of Harris distillery unveils its new signature Single Malt. Crafted from Scottish barley and one of the softest waters in Scotland. Lightly peated (12 to 15 ppm), this whisky has benefited from a unique maturation on the island's shores, facing the Atlantic Ocean, in first-fill ex-Bourbon and ex-Oloroso casks.
