Kilchoman is situated on the ‘Rockside’ farm, where the distillery has been growing the barley for its 100% Islay range for 20 years.
The Rockside 11 Year Old is distilled from barley grown on the farm over ten years ago. After harvest, the barley was malted, peated and distilled before being matured and then bottled on site.
Lightly peated (20PPM) and matured in a combination of bourbon and sherry casks, the Rockside 11 Year Old offers a subtle balance of light smoke, tropical fruit, citrus sweetness and spices.
