    This unique artisanal yuzushu is crafted by macerating whole, untreated yuzu fruits grown in Kaminoho (Gifu prefecture) for six months in a dry junmai sake. This results in the pure aroma and authentic taste of yuzu, featuring a pleasant, natural bitterness. Its delicate bitter notes will also appeal to those who enjoy more full-bodied spirits.

    A natural sediment (ori) may form at the bottom of the bottle. This does not affect the quality of the product, although the amount may vary slightly from one bottle to another.
