Our Gin de Terroir - Chardonnay is a sweet and aromatic organic gourmet gin with the brioche and citrus notes in harmony with the burst of flavours of the chardonnay.
It is characteristic of our approach to winemaking from Champagne region : it is created by maceration of selected grapes directly in the fields and in the press.
It is adjusted at 46 degrees, the point of balance between the strength of the alcohol and the aromatic palette.
It is produced in a limited series: 900 bottles, hand-numbered.
