Yuzu liqueur offers notes of lime, grapefruit, tangerine, and orange.
This liqueur, made without any artificial coloring or flavoring, is crafted from freshly picked citrus fruits grown on our estate, preserving all the aromas and the subtlety of their peels. The peels are left to macerate in neutral alcohol, allowing them to release all their flavors and essences. Each liqueur is unique, as every citrus fruit brings its own aromatic complexity.
It can be enjoyed like a limoncello, in a cocktail as an aperitif, or as a dessert accompaniment — with rum baba, tiramisu, or drizzled over a lemon sorbet.
