When you first try this version bottled by Signatory Vintage, it will become clear why Linkwood is one of the best-loved Speyside distilleries: its notes of delicate grain, pure fruit, elegant spices, and silky vanilla and chocolate are all delightful. Reduced to 40% without either chill filtering or colouring, the single malts in the Very Cloudy range have a rich, intensely aromatic character and, sometimes, a slightly cloudy appearance. They can be enjoyed at room temperature or lightly chilled to emphasise the oily texture
