Gentian is a mountain wildflower whose root we harvest. We harvest the root. This root has digestive and tonic properties which make it very bitter! Our gentian is therefore a true "bitter" of great finesse. It can be drunk alone or in a cocktail accompanied by a tonic, to make a thirst-quenching aperitif with a low-alcohol content.
