With temperatures reaching 50°C, this whiskey is as powerful and intense as the climate in which it matured!
As part of the daring Apex Dead Sea project, a set of barrels of various types and sizes was placed on the roof of a hotel on the Dead Sea coast. These barrels were exposed to extreme climatic conditions, resulting in an angel's share of nearly 40% during this period.
