Made from 100% malted barley, Dock 1 is the first single malt 100% made in Bordeaux. It results from a single, gentle and slow distillation. Aged in our unique bunker-cellar, this whisky is part of the Special Reserve range, composed of the oldest (5 years and over) and highest quality barrels. Dock 1 comes from further aging of our 3-year-old single malt, creating a more structured whisky with a stronger wood influence. Aged in Château Guiraud wine casks.
