Like all whiskies of the brand, Signature is aged for 3 years in Bordeaux wine barrels. Moon Harbour gave its cellar masters free rein to blend their best barrels, from all appellations: Sauternes, Pessac Léognan and even Saint-Emilion, to offer you a single malt that will surprise you with its balance and smoothness.
