Produced by Nardini in Bassano del Grappa, Bitter Chinato draws on the Italian tradition of herbal bitters. Its character comes from an infusion of cinchona bark (Cinchona), combined with a selection of aromatic plants, herbs and citrus fruits. The result is a balanced bitter combining vegetal bitterness with a smooth, velvety texture.
Bottled at 27% ABV, it combines the freshness of orange zest with warm spice notes and the persistent bitterness of cinchona. It can be enjoyed chilled over ice with an orange twist or used in cocktails to add depth to classics such as the Negroni, Americano or Boulevardier.
