Comprising half rums aged in mizunara barrels, a rare and sought-after Japanese oak species, and half rums aged in new American oak barrels toasted in the same way as Neisson Profil 107, this blend asserts a lively personality full of character. Its aromatic and taste palette reveals a lovely mineral and saline reduction, highly complex oxidative notes, a great diversity of fruit and remarkably subtle floral notes.
