On the nose, it's the raw, beautiful, and unfiltered countryside: straw, hay, mirabelle plums in the background. On the palate, the palette expands: resinous notes, powdery vanilla, sweet almond... all bound by a subtle caramel. Then the finish: mineral salinity, dry hazelnut. A straight, tense, almost mineral finish.
