Crafted from red (R579) and white (B80.689) sugarcane varieties, Papa Rouyo rums are the result of a collective, artisanal endeavour. Following a 48-hour fermentation and double distillation in a Charentais pot still, this expression was aged for thirty-seven months in a cognac cask. Dynamic and chiselled, its aroma and flavour palette displays an unwavering unity of tone, where alternating exotic, floral, and honeyed sequences leave a deep and refreshing impression.
