Habitation Velier Providence is produced entirely from Cristalline cane, grown in Saint Michel de l’Attalaye, where a first fermentation is distilled between 25 and 30% alc. in a 380 liter Müller still. To reach a degree of 72%, this precious liquid is then distilled a second time at Distillerie de Port au Prince, in a 1.500 liters Müller still with 4 trays. The result is unique, an homage to Haiti and its culture based on respect for traditions, people and the land.
