The eaux de vie of La Fine by SAB'S are crafted from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay wine lees, exclusively sourced from Burgundian vineyards. After 8 years of aging in small Burgundian oak barrels, they undergo a 6-month finish in Cognac barrels, imparting them with unique complexity and depth. Steam distillation preserves the integrity of the aromas. Each bottle is hand-sealed with white wax, a symbol of its authenticity and traditional craftsmanship.
