Beyond Selvatiq Gin is obtained by combining the extraordinary aromas of wild plants growing spontaneously in Valtellina, in the Italian Alps. The wild flowers, berries and fruits used for our gin are hand-picked with respect to the natural territory and the protection of its biodiversity. (Filipendula ulmaria) are a distinctive feature of the drink and give it an incomparable background fragrance, marked by aromatic and sweet notes of pollen.
The aroma is enriched by the flowers of red clover (Trifolium pratense) and meadow sage (Salvia pratensis), as well as common juniper (Juniperus communis), berries and rose hips (Rosa canina).
