Harvesting takes place in late October, when the berries reach perfect maturity, and is carried out by local Nepalese communities who scale the Himalayan slopes, following ancient traditions.
Beyond juniper, this gin is enriched with exclusive wild botanicals from the region, including Timur pepper, black cardamom, rhododendron flowers, and hibiscus, all hand-picked in harmony with the mountain’s natural cycles.
