Selvatiq Vermouth is made from carefully selected plants, harvested in the middle and high mountain areas, then individually distilled and blended with nebbiolo wine from the same region, Valtellina. Scots pine buds and mountain thyme leaves give it a particular aromatic depth that encompasses that of sagebrush, while spruce cones give it moss and lichen scents and a delicate woody astringency.
