Made from the "Yamada Nishiki" variety of rice, with a 50% polish rate, this sake displays an exceptionally fresh, herbaceous, salty and fruity aroma. From the middle of the mouth and in the finish, it becomes more spicy and its fruitiness more exotic. Evoking with great class certain garden vegetables, it is also increasingly greedy.
