Takeno Kameno is now a non-vintage sake, distinguished from the previous Kameno 2022 vintage by its more modern packaging. Made from Takeno's emblematic rice variety, this cuvée plays on notes of white fruit, with a hint of banana. With a delicate, fresh note of honeysuckle and jasmine on the finish. Serve between 6 and 12°C with salmon gravlax, goat's cheese and spinach puff pastry, or cherry clafoutis.
