    This beautiful single malt whisky has spent 3 years maturing in American ex-bourbon casks before soaking up luscious flavours from Central-Otago Pinor Noir barrels for an additional 1,5 years. While quietly ageing in our seaside bond store in Oamaru, Dunedin DoubleCask has gained a golden auburn colour and aromas of beeswax and fresh cereal, toasted oak and soft spices with a delicious, long fruity finish. An elegant single malt with depth and characters that make this whisky a truly enjoyable experience.
