Togouchi Sake Cask Finish is a delicate and fruity Japanese whisky resulting from a unique blend of grain and malt whiskies distilled by the Seto Inland Sea at the Sakurao distillery. It is then aged in bourbon casks in an old railway tunnel where the ageing conditions are particularly optimal, before being finished for several months in casks that previously contained sake.
