Travellers Cocktails is a range of ready-to-drink cocktails designed by La Maison du Whisky in collaboration with the Experimental Group. "Paris", "Venezia" and "New York", the first three creations, are an invitation to travel: cocktails emblematic of the cities where the Experimental Group has opened its hotels. Paris, where it all began nearly fifteen years ago, takes pride of place with an Orchard Keeper. Made with Christian Drouin calvados, Distiloire white vermouth, Tarn-et-Garonne honey and Scrappy's Orange Bitters, the Orchard Keeper is probably not the best-known cocktail in the Travellers Cocktails range. But this one, which features Normandy brandy, deserves to be discovered or rediscovered. Expressive and elegant, it's an ode to calvados. With its irresistible nose, apple-dominated palate and long finish, Orchard Keeper is sure to seduce connoisseurs.
