Trois Rivières was inspired by an old and traditional method: the burning of standing cane. This method was used by the cane cutters to eliminate sharp leaves and snakes before cutting. This process has been revived to produce a unique rum with a rustic and smoky profile. This is a single-varietal rum, from the Rozeau cane, coming only from the Figuier plot in Rivère Salée. An ideal rum to bring a touch of originality to cocktails.
