Winestillery is both a distillery and a vineyard. In fact, it is the first and only independent distillery in the Chianti Classico region of Tuscany. Following a "grape to glass" approach, the distillery seeks to reinterpret the Tuscan terroir by exclusively highlighting local botanicals. This red Vermouth is made from the local Sangiovese grape variety, fortified and infused with traditional Tuscan botanicals. A true tribute to the region and its distinctive aromas.
