Located in the historic Louvre district, the Distillerie de l’Arbre Sec is Paris’s first micro-distillery dedicated to gin. Founded by three wine and spirits experts, it crafts its gins using organic French botanicals and wild foraged plants, with a strong focus on quality and artisanal expertise. At the heart of the distillery, a 150L copper still enables precise distillation, revealing the subtle aromas of each botanical and giving the gins their distinctive character. Housed in a historic building, the distillery also features a space open to the public: distillation workshops, tastings, and guided tours offer visitors the opportunity to discover production techniques and the world of the distiller. Some editions are produced in limited quantities, each inspired by a card from the Marseille Tarot and illustrated by contemporary artists.
