This Extra Old Calvados has been designed to represent the richness and diversity of old Normandy brandies. A blend created with Calvados aged between 10 and 27 years in French oak casks, drawn from the cellars of three houses. Three terroirs and two distillation methods are represented here. Eaux-de-vie from the Pays d'Auge and Eure regions, distilled using a double "repasse" distillation method, and eaux-de-vie from the Manche region, distilled using a column still.
