    Their Absinthe is made in the traditional way, thanks to their know-how in maceration and distillation of plants. After a rigorous selection, the plants - including the Holy Trinity made up of Grand Wormwood, Green Anise and Fennel - are macerated in alcohol and then distilled. Refreshing and strong in taste, it is consumed with or without sugar, with fresh water.
